5052 anodized aluminum sheet belongs to Al-Mg alloy, and its chemical composition complies with GB/T 3190-2020 standard, with magnesium content of 2.2%-2.8%, chromium content of 0.15%-0.35%, and impurities strictly controlled within Fe≤0.4%, Si≤0.25%. This alloy ratio gives it mechanical properties of tensile strength of 210-270MPa (H32 state) and yield strength of 160MPa, while the cold working hardening effect is significant (hardness increased by 30%), and the conductivity reaches 30% IACS. After anodizing, a 5-20μm oxide film is formed on the surface, and the thickness of the hard anodized film can reach 60-200μm, and the surface hardness is increased to 200-400HV, close to the Mohs hardness of sapphire 8-9.
